Audited Beats aka Audit is a consummate party professional. Bringing his "Crazy Juse" to each and every show he plays (and there have been a lot of them); he masterfully translates his eclectic taste in music to the audience with honed skills and party rockin’ beats. In 1998, just 17 and fresh out of high school, he purchased a used Denon turntable, a Technic’s 1500 digital drive table, a crappy mixer and began to make them work. He first found his stride behind the decks playing Drum & Bass, and Jungle, but as his passion for dance music grew, his tastes expanded to include Hip-Hop, Breaks, Disco, Funk & Dub Step. It wasn’t long before Djing led to audio engineering & working at a recording studio in Calgary. It was here Audit’s passion for music production took him into the next realm of his career. The first Audited Beats record was released in 2008 on East Records, and was followed with critically acclaimed releases, and remixes for Homebreakin’ Records, GoodGroove, Punchout!, Breakbeat Paradise, & Optimus Gryme Recordings, where he along with Future One, released the tune ''Hidden Level''; the first Dubstep vinyl out of New Zealand. Over a decade since his humble beginnings he has not only garnered an insatiable collection of 45” vinyl, he has also held down residencies all over Alberta, B.C., and New Zealand where he resided for the the better part 5 years. While in Auckland NZ, Audit co-hosted a weekly radio show with mate Future One, on Base Fm, www.basefm.co.nz Audit's music career has moved him through various sectors of the music world, but his heart has always been in sharing his music with the party people.
